In working with Business Owners, Paul noticed a recurring problem: Companies struggle with finding and hiring good employees.
He started Contractor Staffing Source and brought Justin Landry in to his garage office with his original clients. The dream was to provide a recruiting service to support small business owners.
Over the next year, things grew slowly, and a few more people joined the team. Another year passed and the office expanded to a bigger garage in a new location.
Now, Contractor Staffing Source works with over 200 clients throughout North America with a team of over 25 dedicated staff.
