This week we meet with Jeremy Martin. He is a Physical Therapist and the main person everyone in the gym goes to with all of their broken bits. Jeremy has a long history with martial arts and most recently started his Journey in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We had a lot of fun exploring all of the experiences that have led Jeremey to the point he is at today.
