In this week's episode, we tackle the sensitive subject of Anxiety: defining it, understanding it, and working with it. We discuss how we manage this energy and our mindset surrounding it on a daily basis. By tuning in to our internal guidance system, we can learn to navigate uncertainty by expanding our awareness through practices like meditation, movement, and mindfulness. We share new journal prompts, explore a little Viking history, learn about the magnificent mineral, Calcite, and present this week's questions to Papa Merlin.
