When we talk about strength, we often focus on the physical aspect, but true strength is not only physical but also emotional.
And while there's enough evidence for physical strength, how do you measure your emotional strength? What does it even mean to be emotionally strong? In this episode, I want to dive deep into how you can flex your emotional muscles to get stronger. And by flex, I mean as in the flexing we do in a gym, not the gen-Z meaning of flex.. which is apparently to show off. Anyway, we're going to discuss how to get stronger emotionally.
