- 1 1/2 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 oz pineapple juice (freshly pressed, if possible)
- 1 wedge of pineapple, for garnish
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice and finely strain into a chilled coup glass. Garnish with a wedge of pineapple on the rim.
