This week on Part-Heard we are joined by Richard Baker and Lynda Reynolds of Hugh James Solicitors for Part 2 of our Inquest Series, based on “Coroners Investigations and Inquests” a Lexis-Nexis book which Richard has co-edited with James Robottom, Rose Harvey-Sullivan and James Weston. It has been written by the editors along with eight other members of 7BR and leading inquest solicitors including Lynda. The book is an accessible and authoritative practical guide for practitioners working in the field.
This is the second of a four part series where the editors will discuss various Chapters of the book, this week Richard and Lynda are focussing on representing families at Inquests.
