It is believed that any unhealed trauma can be passed down generations, and that is no burden our children or our children's children should have to carry. Heal yourselves, so they don’t have to.
We’re here to talk about all the subjects. No matter how hard they may be… we are in this journey together. You’ll never be alone. The goal is to evolve, grow into our most powerful, authentic self.
You may be triggered from time to time. Just know that healing happens through the hurt. You’re not alone. Let’s embrace this journey and become free from all that no longer serves us.
