Dylan is working as the VP of HR in Adidas (at the time of this recording).
Despite being a dean's list graduate he decided to work in a fairly obscure company - The Swiss Management Forum Singapore.
His priority was to learn, and after which he went to The Fullerton Hotel & The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore, before entering Starwood.
From there he had a brief stint in The Lo & Behold Group before entering Sephora as the Regional Human resources Director. He left Sephora as the VP of HR in South East Asia & Pacific before making it to Adidas as the VP of Human Resources.
While it seemed almost incredibly easy for him to make industry pivots, it was anything but. He learnt it the hard way, when he couldn't find an opening to pivot even as the head of HR in Starwood.
Today we'll learn the intimate details behind his LinkedIn.
And for those of you considering if Adidas is the right place for you - you should know that Adidas has been in the Top-5 -companies-to-work-in-list for many years.
