Presidential Fitness Test: Are We Strong Enough?

Politics aside, the attempted assassination of Donald Trump is more than a moment in history. It’s a reminder of how important it is to be strong in both body and mind ― especially as we get older.
The contrast between Trump and Biden highlights the profound significance of overall fitness and health, individually and societally.
Resistance training, from weightlifting to calisthenics, is perhaps the best form of exercise for overall wellbeing. It preserves and increases strength and mobility, boosts the metabolism, and better prepares us for all of life’s challenges.
That’s my focus almost 7 years into a carnivore diet, fueled by animal foods like fish, beef, and eggs. I’ve also added some carbohydrates, mostly from raw dairy. Not zero-carb anymore, but still low-carb and animal-based.
Exercise has been my obsession for the past few months away from social media. I’ve been studying, experimenting, and progressing more than ever.
As my 41st birthday approaches, I’m excited to finally share these updates on my carnivore fitness journey with you!
While I do have my own political views, this is not about politics. Like all of my messaging, it’s about natural health and natural rights, which belong to all of us.
