After years of dedicated practice and a fulfilling career as a college professor, I made a pivot into entrepreneurship with a mission to democratize access to wellness through technology.
From there came SheMate where we revolutionize the way young and aspiring athletes access mentorship and wellness support. At SheMate, we've created digitized mentorship by college, pro, Olympic, and Paralympic women athletes.
We believe in nurturing athletes not only physically but also mentally and emotionally. Our virtual group mentorship programs are designed to empower athletes to feel their absolute best, both during their athletic careers and long after they've retired.
100% of our mentors are women athletes. We aim to increase positive representation of women on screen, and we see sports as the perfect platform for driving this change. Through strategic partnerships with remarkable athletes and brands, we're breaking barriers and forging a more inclusive future.
