This week, David Rausch, Director of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, shares what he has learned about leadership and training beginning with his experience in the United States Army Military Police Corps to his 30 years of service in law enforcement.
Having been appointed in 2018, his leadership has been vital to working cooperatively with local and national law enforcement agencies.
Rausch discusses the importance of breaking down silos, his vision for the future of law enforcement training, and some of the major events that have occurred during his tenure, including the 2020 Christmas Day bombing in downtown Nashville and the recent Tyre Nichols case in Memphis.
