For several years she has worked with multiple recruitment businesses across all sectors to help them redefine strategy, achieve business goals, enter new markets, improve market penetration and value, and develop great leaders, often with a goal of preparing a business for sale. Her award winning L&D expertise plays a significant role in staff engagement and business performance. She is also REC Chief Examiner and an honorary fellow (one of just 25 people worldwide to hold this honorarium). Alison’s consultancy business is Recruitment Leadership Ltd and she is a well-known conference speaker and industry commentator.
