This movie is like the second layer of carbon paper on a document with attached copies. This movie is like a 2007 Taylor Swift cover of a George Michael Christmas song. This movie is everything, and it is nothing, and it is very important that your co-hosts discuss it for a very long time. From the twists and turns of what happens behind the scenes at the Times Square ball drop to a sudden, late-movie pop in from Alyssa Milano to a Lea Michele/Bon Jovi duet to Cherry Jones holding a dog and not doing much else, this Garry Marshall movie has so much going on that it is introducing new characters until the very last minute, and insisting that all second chances are valid as long as you take them before the clock strikes 12:00 on New Year's Eve. And never forget: You can't move midnight!
