In this episode of ‘The Live Free Experience,’ Briana Bowley chats with retired Muay Thai fighter and founder of Team Pinky Muay Thai, Pinky Donald about all things the Nak Muay life in Thailand and his journey from drug addict to coach and business owner.
Pinky Donald struggled through life until he found Muay Thai and was hooked from his very first session as he realised, it was the first time he felt like he was someone.
Moving to Thailand to follow his dreams, Pinky lived deep in the Thai culture, fighting in order to pay his rent and put food on the table.
Today, Pinky runs a family friendly, traditional Muay Thai gym, teaching the culture throughout the gym.
Having found sobriety and genuine happiness through his Muay Thai journey, Pinky now wishes to continue to share more of the same.
