Amy Jo Accardi (AJ) is a licensed acupuncturist and Vibrant Life Stylist. She's a chronic illness and digestive health expert, specializing in real recovery for all parts of the self. Amy Jo grew up witnessing a lot of under-treated health issues in her family, and from a very young age, she knew that there had to be more humane and enlightened options for health. AJ created Flourish Eternal as an homage to the cultivation of real health and the true spirit within all of us that thrives when it's recognized, supported, and fully empowered. She uses her training in Chinese Medicine, Yoga, Nutrition, and Breathwork to address physical, emotional, and spiritual healing so that her clients Flourish on all levels. In Chinese Medicine, this is called Nourishing Destiny.
