Gwyeth has a BS in Economics from James Madison University. After graduation he worked at an old Rockefeller Company performing domestic and international cost of living analysis. Gwyeth then transitioned to investing and worked as a proprietary equity trader for multiple New York based companies. His career
turned to Allied Health where he became a prosthetist; designing, fabricating, and fitting prostheses for people with limb loss. He began investing in real estate in 2016 in an effort to create additional streams of income. This hobby has since become a passion and a business. To date he has co-sponsored 3 projects that total 664-units, he is a limited partner on an additional 1,134-units, owns 19-units and is set to close on another 42.
