David Hinds, the legendary founder and frontman of the legendary Steel Pulse Reggae Band speaks with Garnett Ankle. Hinds begins the conversation hoping for the full recovery to health for Frederick "Toots" Hibbert, frontman and founder of Toot & The Maytals. This conversation was recorded while Toots was ailing in hospital. Unfortunately, Toots passed away, and the music world is very, very sad about it.
