Happy New Year 2022!
I'm excited to restart our weekly Wednesday hangout by releasing this deeply moving conversation with my guest, Andrew McFarlane.
Andrew is a full-time dad and blogger. Join Andrew and thousands of other parents on PapaPerspective.com to learn how to improve your confidence in your parenting abilities fast. He shares tips, tools, and equipment for parents to enjoy parenting and build lasting relationships with their kids. When he's not blogging, he'll be out taking photos, playing hockey, or spending time with his wife and 2 boys.

In this conversation, Andrew and I talk about how he got into blogging and ways that has helped him grow as a father to his two boys. The conversation takes a very intimate and personal turn when I invite Andrew to talk about finding out his firstborn had congenital heart disease, and asking him to describe whatever headspace he was in and the feelings he felt during that period. We end on a heavy note (no worries, Andrew's son is alive and healthy, as stated above!) as we discuss an aspect of parenting that I think is underemphasized but crucially important to openly talk about.
I hope you enjoy and benefit from this rich and stimulating conversation!
