Coffee is a wonderful thing. I drink a cup every day and I love it. However, if you are needing a caffeine “hit” all day long, it’s not helping you. It’s keeping you trapped in a cycle of tiredness. Time to ditch the afternoon caffeine, sleep better, and have sustained energy all day long.
