Jeffrey Shoaf joins us on this episode to pull back the curtain on the mind body connection between the body and our breath.

Jeffrey is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT and E-RYT-500 and a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist. He enjoys human cadaver dissection and that informs his work on the massage table and in his yoga therapy practice. He performs extensive research on myofascial systems and is a teacher trainer.
