For episode #13, we chat with Gianni Singharaj. With the coming of the Covid-19 pandemic, he like many others lost his source of income. After a sit down with his friend, an idea was born. We talk about the creation of the company, the difficulties of starting, family conflict, working with a partner, and how all these come together to finally creating something that they can confidently call success.

Gianni is an actor, cook, director/producer, and now the Co-Founder and Executive Chef at Tochi. Based out of Portland, Oregon, Gianni was always against tradition.
