As women, we are so good at putting others first.
You may have put your dreams on hold because they seemed unrealistic, or to raise kids, or to take a backseat to your partner's career...
You may even resent your family because of it--I sure did!
Today I'm sharing my story of being stuck in the Mommy Rut.
My intention is to identify with other women who are "going through the motions" and slowly walking away from their dreams.
