Part two of our election series focuses on Angus. We put your questions to local candidates and councillors to help inform you before the May 5 vote. Decision makers did not all want to take part, however. Leader David Fairweather declined to take part or nominate a stand-in - the only leader of the administrations we invited to do so. He was give the empty chair treatment.
