In this episode, I interview Luke Gordon, owner of Gordon PT, seven-figure clinic owner located in Spokane, Washington.
When starting out, Luke never considered a cash pay clinic and was only focused on getting more patients. Luke soon realized that after solving his marketing problems, it allowed him to move onto other things, like how to optimize his average reimbursement per visit.
Luke and I talk about “omnipresence,” which is the ability to be present everywhere at the same time. Also called “re-marketing,” this helped Luke’s business bring in an extra $20,000 a month, as his clients started seeing him online and in the newspaper.
