  • At the end of the day, adrenal fatigue is a terrible term. However, it doesn't mean that it's not a legitimate challenge for exhausted and burnt out people.

[04:05] What You Need To Know About Adrenal Fatigue

  • Adrenal fatigue is such a lousy term because the adrenals don't exactly fatigue.
  • You have all these stressors in life that set off the alarm, and you're able to keep up with it for a certain amount of time, and that's called the resistance phase.
  • Eventually, your supply and demand are no longer equal - you have more demand than you do supply. As a result, you create something called fatigue.
  • With adrenal fatigue, you've lost the ability to regulate your internal and external environment - as a result, you have a supply and demand problem.
  • Basically, if you're exhausted, burnt out, and can't handle stress, you have HPA axis dysfunction (AKA adrenal fatigue).

  • The accumulation of stress is a massive problem for adrenal fatigue.
  • Sadly, it’s things that we don’t even think about like notifications, EMF, chemicals, pesticides, and so many others.
  • When someone is burnt out, it’s a number of things, not just one. That’s something that people need to learn more about.

[15:30] The Five Causes of Extreme Fatigue Cases

  • Blood Sugar
    • Blood sugar adds to your inflammation.
    • Not stabilizing your blood sugar is probably the number one enemy.
  • GI Disturbances
    • The majority of our challenges are in our gut.
    • Get food that grandma recognizes – no artificial sweeteners!
  • Nutrient Availability And Nutrient Deficiencies
    • If you're not absorbing your nutrients effectively, you have a negative deficit.
    • You're overloading the liver, and it's costing you energy.
  • Circadian Rhythm Balance
    • Protect your exposure to light.
    • Find a connection to the Earth.
  • Environment
    • Mold and chemicals.
    • 5G plays a big role.

[22:20] How To Fix Your Mind By Resetting Dopamine

  • Awareness is key!
  • Turn off your notifications in order to restore dopamine.
  • Put your wireless router on a timer – it will massively improve your sleep.
  • Stop multitasking and only complete one thing at a time. Once a task is over, completely move on to the next one.

  • Whenever you methylate, you're putting a carbon with three hydrogens on a compound.
  • Methylate is an important energy source in our body.
  • They produce energy, they help you detox, and they help coordinate your stress response.
