Thank you for listening to EP 56. Matt Ruscigno is a registered dietician who started from an animal welfare and rights standpoint in the vegan world. He decided that to more effectively convey this information, he wanted to make sure he was eating a healthful diet at the same time of was following his moral compass. And he found this by going to school to become a registered dietician.
