Feeling Overwhelmed with work is one of the worst things that can happen to us. 2008 Survey by Harvard Business School finds that 94% of professionals report working more than 50 hours per week, while nearly half say they're putting in more than 65% hours per week. In our current development it is even more hours put into work and with less clear boundaries as many moved to working from home. Not only this is level of 'workaholism' unproductive, it's a des-ease that poisons our personal and professional lives, leading to stress, burnout and inevitably a loss of meaning in the work we do and eventually inability to work at all. Our success, however, depends on so much more than just what we do during the hours we're at work!
