What an honour and a privilege it was to have the former owner of Newcastle United, Sir John Hall invite us to his home for the first of this two part special. In this part Sir John tells Sam & Jonny about he came to own Newcastle United, hiring Kevin Keegan which was the start of a whirlwind adventure, and then where it all went wrong! At 88 years of age, Sir John is still sharp as a tack, and as you will hear very business minded and retains all of his enthusiasm for the North - East, not to mention a wonderful sense of humour!
