There is a myth that individuals with cancer should not exercise. If they do exercise, the intensity should be low. This does not follow current research. Exercise is safe and beneficial for people with cancer. In this episode, I speak with researcher and exercise physiologist Jordan Curry about designing exercise programs for people suffering from cancer. Jordan shares his research on the development of a virtual exercise program to improve exercise adherence and engagement.
