For calls from known and trusted sources such as a school or hospital, ICA allows communication to pass through without interruption. Beyond fraud detection, ICA also serves as a digital assistant, with features such as calendar-aware call handling, automated appointment scheduling, and adaptive call routing based on user preferences.
