As you may expect, a fair bit of our time in this episode will be spent looking at stories related to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine as Vladimir Putin continues to roll his tanks into a free, sovereign Ukraine.

We look at ways you can support Ukraine and discuss social media and propaganda.

And we also take a look at some other stories, like charity recommendations for how to reduce food waste.
