Yohann shares his journey from the French countryside, to playing collegiate soccer in America and then back to France to play professionally. Yohann and Jason talk a lot about metrics and performance in sports and how Hive Skills IQ accelerates that, and shares his opinion on the superpower that the best coaches have.

Yohann is a former professional athlete, a current professor of Management at Northern Kentucky University and the future of sports management via his company Hive Skills.
His innovation, the Hive Skills IQ, is the first scientific assessment of soft skills for athletes and coaches. As one of the top performance coaches in the sports industry, he has supported teams and individual players to win the national championship in 7 different countries in less than 8 years!
In addition, Yohann trains coaches and general managers for Major League Soccer, speaks about his method at conferences and companies' events, and finds the time to cook every day for his lovely wife Devon.
