G’day you lovelies! I hope you’re having a fantastic Friday day or night. I’ve got my darkest of dark Earl Grey’s rich in flavour, on a what is getting me ready, for what will soon to be Winter in Australia. It’s getting quite chilly I must say, but nothing a hot cup of Earl Grey won’t fix…..and a hot water bottle. Do people still use those or is it just me? I really love them. I fill them up with hot water – not boiling – and I throw them in 5 minutes before heading to bed or lying down somewhere cold, to then suck up that heat whilst relaxing. Just that cosy feeling is what I love.

And speaking of what I love, today is a horror story all the way from 1898 titled The Damned Thing. I assure it’s not what you think it is, or a short story about someone trying to remember a word they forgot, or something they lost in the house. The Damned Thing is a mix of creature feature, and good old fashioned mystery. It’s really good for an old school story, and you know how I love bringing the old into the modern realm, and polishing it up.
