One of the biggest cliches around intuitive eating is believing you just have to “listen to your body”. But what if you don’t know how to do that? What if you’ve tried listening but you find it hard to understand? What if you can’t identify your hunger and fullness cues?

If you’ve spent TOO LONG dealing with food restrictions or an unhealthy body image, you start losing trust in what your body is telling you. This makes it even more challenging to eat intuitively. The good news is, there are ways for you to start rebuilding that trust and learning to listen to what your body is really telling you - on the deepest of levels.

Tune in to this episode to learn the three steps you need to listen to your body more effectively and start eating intuitively with ease.

"When you do the deep healing, listening to your body becomes really, really simple and easy and pretty much effortless.” - Sloane

In this episode, Sloane talks about:

  • What listening to your body really means
  • The problem with trusting external factors instead of yourself
  • The value of trusting your body instead of just listening to it
  • How your lack of trust might not have anything to do with food or your body
  • What ignoring and manipulating hunger and fullness cues can do
  • The importance of understanding your body cue’s so you know what to eat, when, and how much
  • How to follow through and take aligned action in the face of self-sabotage
  • …and more!
