Your life reveals itself to you when you take the time to notice it. Joseph Smith Jr. said that “Happiness is the object and design of our existence.” We were created to be happy and to have joy. This is our normal state. So, what do we do when we're not feeling the joy?
In this episode, I share the 30-day experiment I recently embarked on to increase the amount of joy in my life.
My hope is that if you're feeling low, not like yourself, or stuck in a rut you might initiate a 30-day Joy Experiment of your own.
