She has bought hundreds of homes, raised over 20M dollars to fund deals, and has sold over 50M in real estate. She is currently buying, fixing and holding single and multi-family properties with an average six figure profit.

She has had massive success during volatile markets such as the 2007 Financial Collapse and the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Marina got her start at CT Homes, LLC (the mecca of real estate investing), where she worked as the Marketing Director. She created, implemented and tracked the company's marketing systems and averaged 140 leads monthly. The company was featured on A&E’ as the New Haven cast of the hit TV reality show “Flip this House.”
