Lo faremo in compagnia di Maria Pranzo, food lover per lavoro e per passione, da molti anni nel campo dell'enogastronomia e grande conoscitrice di quelle culture del cibo (in particolare: Cina, Vietnam, Tailandia, Birmania, Malesia, Filippine, Corea e soprattutto Giappone). ..Ha fondato NoMayo, "guida confidenziale ai ristoranti asiatici in Italia", e tra circa un mese, il 4 e 5 giugno alla Food Genius Academy, organizzerà una nuova edizione di Asian Taste, evento a ingresso gratuito (su prenotazione) con cooking show, degustazioni, masterclass e premiazioni.
