What has been the most unexpected career change you have made? Cynthia Pong was a public defender for over 6 years before a big pivot. Her pivot to coaching happened in a few different steps and iterations along the way. Now, she is a career coach and strategist, and recently named one of LinkedIn's Top Voices.
