Ik geloof dat alle informatie die wij nodig hebben al aanwezig is in ons lichaam. Alle antwoorden voor de oprechte vragen die wij hebben zijn binnen handbereik. Het enige wat wij als mensen nodig hebben is een ruimte waarin deze antwoorden omhoog kunnen komen. Een ruimte waarin de antwoorden uit het niets in het iets komen. Bij Oku Opre Meditaties bied ik een ruimte aan waar ieder individu voor zichzelf de tijd kan nemen om naar binnen te gaan en om waar te nemen wat zich daar allemaal afspeelt.
