How does it feel to flee from your own country as a female leader? Our special guest on today's podcast is Maria Masliy.
Maria is the founder of shoe label Marsala and is the co-owner of fashion sales agency, The Sustainables. She lives in the Netherlands now, as she had to flee Ukraine in March of 2022.
Caroline’s conversation with Maria is about her experiences with owning a business and being a boss during war time, the comparison between gender roles in the Netherlands and Ukraine and Maria’s view on gender equality in the Netherlands.
This podcast with this special and entrepreneurial female leader will inspire you for sure!
