We all feel it sometimes, a gut feeling but where does this intuition come from? Why do we sometimes close up and more importantly how can we open up again? What does it mean to be in your body? How can I let go of past trauma? How can I open up to really listen to the signals of my body? And how can you use somatic work to embody the leader in you and become the leader that you are?
