Art is often associated with mental health. Usually in some dramatic and brutal way. Think of the phrase: suffering for one’s art. But sometimes it’s related in a sense of therapy, coping, self discovery. Today I sit down with Kristofer Schofield to talk about the latter. And perhaps the first one too.
