The Australian Government has foreshadowed changes to the way Parter/Spouse/Fiance/Prospective Marriage visa will operate in the future - perhaps June/July 2021.
David Bongiorno, leading immigration lawyer, takes us through the expected changes, and Grant puts forward some potential scenarios that may confront sponsors and applicants in the new "pre-arroved" regime, that will begin later in the year.
