In this episode of the Platform Podcast, Elle Tucker is joined by Charlotte Willner, Executive Director of the Trust & Safety Professional Association. Charlotte talks about her background in trust and safety, including her work at Facebook and Pinterest amongst others, and what led to her taking on this new role running a non-profit last year. She tells Elle about the types of members the TSPA has, and the importance of bringing professionals in this space together to learn from and support each other, especially now as platforms have reached an ‘industrial scale’ and trust and safety has become more of an 'assembly line’ process than ever before.
