Mr Mark McLaren is a senior black belt with P.U.M.A. martial arts. Over the years, he's explored many different martial arts and continues to live his passion with great enthusiasm. He generously shares his martial arts journey and vast knowledge with me. He outlines some of what he's learnt about the benefits of living a martial arts lifestyle.
When all is said and done, he's a lovely person who is always willing to give his time for others. That's what makes him a well-loved person within the PUMA organisation.
