Several months ago a filmmaker approached me. She was in over her head with work. Clients loved what she delivered and there were many people trying to book her. She wanted to be there for everyone and asked a fair price. On the other side clients also tried to push her boundaries sometimes and she had hit a glass ceiling where taking on more work wasn’t an option and she didn’t know if upping her prices was the right thing to do. She was at the point of either working herself into depression and burn out again, or changing things up completely.
This is what we did to get her back to that creative vision that started her business.
