Since watching The Matrix in high school, I was fascinated with that scene where Neo goes to see The Oracle and the kids out front are bending spoons with their mind/energy. The kid tells him that it's impossible to try and bend the spoon but rather only to try and realize the truth that - "There is no spoon... Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, only yourself." Last year, I got nudge from the universe to learn the art of spoon bending and psychokinesis for myself and so I signed up for Dr. Joe Gallenberger's MC² Class at The Monroe Institute in Virginia. It was a magical class to say the least and on this episode, we discuss the art of psychokinesis and practical applications for this skill.
