@katycolleenj Lately I've felt so distant from my spiritual side. I've abandoned practices that I engaged in regularly (meditation, journaling, rituals etc) and I feel so disconnected. Does that ever happen to you? What helps you reconnect with yourself and with your spirituality?

I don't know much about your life but it seems like you've really followed your dreams and done what feels important to you.
