Running the roads at 100+ mph? Yep, for 58-miles across West Texas, twice a year, the roads open up for speed runs.
Of course there are safety requirements and a limited number of entries, but twice a year the Big Bend Open Road Race happens. Crystal Lopez, Event Coordinator is here with more details on the event and how to get involved either as a participant or a volunteer to make this event happen.
