There has to be a better way of dealing with period pain than Ibuprofen and a heating pad, right? Mixhers was born – like so many other wellness companies – when an out-of-touch doctor gave some not-so-helpful advice about how to deal with severe period pain. We’re talking with its founders, Jess Toolson and Cody Sanders, about how they got together and decided to look for a natural, effective way to deal with those monthly (or sometimes daily) pains.

They want to empower women to take control of their own health and hormones, because no one else is doing it for us; that much is clear. Mixhers is here to help you take back your time of the month, period.

Jess & Cody talk about...

  • How they met to found Mixhers
  • Finding a better solution to period pain
  • Listening to the symptoms as a message your body is giving you
  • The ingredients Mixhers uses and what they do for your body
  • Celebrating every step in the right direction
  • The power of consistency
